I had an appointment but it appeared to be a bit chaotic and possibly overlooking. While I was greeted when I arrived, it took awhile before my advisor got to me. At the end of an extended wait where others complained about the wait time and in one case a non-appointment person came after 3 of us with appointments and had her vehicle returned first which she commented on. Once my vehicle was returned, my advisor was not available to provide the paperwork to go to the cashier. I waited about 15 to 18 minutes before someone else assisted me. It was a true off day for service.
