The scheduling..the greeting and handling of my case was excellent. One comment..I am handicapped. The walk from the service area ,--up the ramp through the front door--to the back cashier--then back through the front down the ramp and back to the service area was long and painful for me. Please explore the opportunity to make this easier for your handicapped clients.
