Every employee that I had dealings with ( and a lot I didn’t have dealings with ) were super nice, helpful and seem happy to be there. Very pleasant experience. Work was performed in a very timely manner. I hope to be servicing my next 10 leases there.
Overall it was ok. I wish that the dealership allowed full detailing job inside cleaning when washing the car after service. I still haven’t had my car washed fully from date or purchase to date of first service as was promised per my sales rep Nick Jenty. But overall great experience.
Went in as I’ve used them for many years... a turn signal bulb, a horn relay and check AC that was repaired there a few years back ( over a thousand dollars then).Currently was blowing cold but needed Freon charge. Estimate was $250... then that turned into over $5000.00 for questionable unrelated overly exaggerated claims. At pick up AC was blowing totally hot air, and price for two repairs and one MAJOR disrepair $348.92. Not nice guys.(mileage- 54606) Chevy custom express van 2003.
