Ainworth was an excellent salesman. He got me a great deal, and an excellent value on my trade in. Of course, he only got me what his manager would okay, so Jeff, his manager would have to a recipient of the complement also. Ainsworth made me feel like I was working with a close friend, which makes me happy to do all my business at Phil Smith Chevrolet. Of course Chevy makes an excellent product, which made me want to do business at a chevy dealer. I was very impressed with the trade-in value of my chevy 2500hd.
Initially I took my vehicle in on 7/11/18 to get serviced. I dropped it off and no shuttle was available so I had to use a ride sharing service to get to work on time. I feel a shuttle should be available for all appointments not just appointments after 9am. I received a call stating my vehicle was ready so I took an Uber to pick up my vehicle only to discover on my way back to work that the issue had not been resolved. As a result I returned on 7/12 to get my vehicle serviced and again no shuttle was available which required me to arrange transportation to work. In the end I was provided a loaner since my vehicle was not going to be ready on the same day. SuZanne was great but I just wanted to comment on the inconvenience it caused me getting to and from work and in between lunch breaks.

Kurt Wolff went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with all aspects of the purchase. This is my third vehicle from them and I appreciate the great service received from this dealership. Both the sales and service department are great!
I spoke with the associate the day before explaining the service that i wanted done to the vehicle. I was told that if i dropped the vehicle of the night before i should be the first vehicle taken care of in the morning because i had things that needed to be taken care of by 1 pm. Needless to say i wasn't even called to come pick up my vehicle and i had to call and check on it and it still wasn't ready at 4 pm, but was told by a separate associate because my associate Victor Bran was never around when I called that I should head up and it should be ready by the time I get there.
